Horsham Gingerbread Expresso Martini

Ingredients
25ml Horsham Gingerbread Gin Liqueur
25ml Vodka
1 shot of strong espresso
15ml simple syrup
Handful of ice
How to make
Add a handful of ice to a shaker
Pour over the espresso, Horsham Gingerbread Gin Liqueur, vodka and simple syrup
Shake vigorously for 45 seconds
Strain into a martini glass then top with a few coffee beans and garnish with a chunk of Horsham Gingerbread
